These MERV 10 Plus Carbon filters feature dual-layer media where the MERV-rated synthetic material is fused with an activated carbon layer to trap dust, particulates, and eliminate unwanted odors. The activated carbon attracts and holds volatile organic compounds (VOCs) while maintaining excellent airflow. Constructed with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and reinforced with a metal mesh support grid, these filters are durable and reliable. The permanently electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet for airborne particles, enhancing capture efficiency. These filters are comparable to those with an MPR rating of 900-1000. For best results, replace filters every 30 to 90 days to ensure maximum efficiency and clean air.
