HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure your vehicle is parked on a level surface with the parking brake engaged. Gather all components from the Phoenix USA QC1019 kit, including the covers, mounting rings, screws, installation tool, and instructions.
- Ring Installation (Front and Rear): Take one of the expansion rings. Position it inside the outer lip of the 19.5-inch wheel. Using the provided installation tool, carefully expand the ring so that it sits securely within the wheel lip. Ensure the ring is evenly seated around the circumference of the wheel.
- Cover Attachment (Front): For the front wheels, align the screw holes on the back of one of the front wheel covers with the corresponding threaded holes on the installed mounting ring. Using the provided screws, carefully attach the cover to the ring. Do not overtighten initially. Once all screws are in place, tighten them evenly until the cover is snug and secure against the wheel. Ensure the pop-out center cap is oriented correctly.
- Cover Attachment (Rear): For the rear wheels, repeat the process used for the front wheels. Align the screw holes on the back of a rear wheel cover with the threaded holes on the mounting ring. Attach the cover using the provided screws, tightening evenly for a secure fit.
- Valve Extension Installation (Rear): For the rear wheels, locate the existing valve stem. Attach one end of the provided stainless steel braided valve extension hose to the valve stem. Route the other end of the extension hose through the designated opening in the rear wheel cover before attaching the cover. Ensure the extension hose is securely fastened and allows for easy access for inflation.
- Final Check: Once all four wheel covers are installed, double-check that each cover is securely attached to the mounting ring and that the front hub centers are accessible (if needed). For the rear wheels, ensure the valve extensions are properly installed and accessible.
