HOW TO USE:
- Measure Hose Outer Diameter: Measure the outer diameter of the hose you intend to clamp.
- Select Clamp Size: Add 1mm to your hose measurement and choose the appropriate clamp size (e.g., 18mm hose fits a 17-20mm clamp).
- Position the Clamp: Slide the clamp onto the fitting or part where the hose will be connected.
- Insert the Hose: Push the hose over the fitting, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Crimp the Clamps: Using pincer pliers, close one ear of the clamp completely.
- Final Crimp: Close the second ear until the first ear slightly opens (~1.5mm), creating a spring effect for added tension.
- Removal: To remove, cut across the clamp width using pliers.
