HOW TO USE:
- Mounting: Securely mount the hose reel to a sturdy wall or suitable surface using the integrated fixed bracket. Ensure the mounting hardware is appropriate for the reel's weight and intended use.
- Connect Air Supply: Attach your compressed air supply line to the G3/8 female threaded inlet connection on the hose reel. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free.
- Extend Hose: Gently pull the rubber hose to the desired length. The internal ratchet stop mechanism will lock the hose in place.
- Connect Air Tool: Attach your pneumatic tool or equipment to the prevo S1 ISI quick safety coupling at the end of the hose. Push the tool's male connector into the coupling until it clicks securely.
- Operate: Once the tool is connected, you can begin using your compressed air equipment.
- Retract Hose: To retract the hose, gently pull it out slightly to disengage the ratchet, then slowly guide the hose back as it automatically retracts into the reel housing. Do not release the hose abruptly.
- Disconnect Tool (Safety Feature): To disconnect an air tool safely, push the button on the prevo S1 coupling to release the pressure before removing the tool.
