How to Return an Item

JB Tools stands behind all of the products we sell and offers our customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not fully satisfied with a product you purchased directly from JB Tools, JB Tools will accept a return 60 days after the date on which delivery of the product is made to you. For properly-made returns in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, JB Tools offers a full refund (less return shipping costs unless otherwise indicated in the Returns & Refunds Policy).

Warranty/Incorrect/Damaged Item Return Label
If your order fits one of the criteria below it's eligible for a *free return label.
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received your item in the last 60 days, and it's defective.
*On warranty returns, we reserve the right to void your "Free return" based on fair judgment of item condition.
Regular Return Label
For all other returns, you can generate a label below, and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Don't create a Return Label if...
- You live outside the 48 contiguous United States.
- Your package was delivered by a freight truck.
- The item is a diagnostic product.
- Item price is greater than $1000 in value.
- You registered the item to use it.
