HOW TO USE:
- Connect Air and Fluid: Attach the air line to the 1/4" air inlet and the fluid line from the pressure pot to the 3/8" fluid inlet.
- Set Air Pressure: Adjust the air pressure regulator to 43 psi for optimal atomization; modify as needed for different materials.
- Adjust Fluid and Fan Pattern: Use the fluid adjustment knob to control material flow and the fan pattern knob to set spray width and shape.
- Test Spray: Spray on scrap material to ensure even coverage and correct pattern.
- Begin Application: Hold the gun at a consistent distance and angle, using overlapping passes for an even coat.
- Clean Thoroughly: After use, flush the gun with compatible cleaning solvent to prevent clogs and maintain performance.
