HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Coating: Mix your primer or high-viscosity material according to the manufacturer's instructions. Strain the coating to remove any impurities that could clog the spray gun.
- Fill the Cup: Pour the prepared coating into the 23 oz siphon cup and securely attach the cup to the gun's fluid inlet.
- Connect to Air Supply: Attach the spray gun to a suitable air compressor using a 1/4-inch npsm hose. Ensure your compressor can provide at least 10.4 CFM at 35 psi for optimal performance.
- Adjust Settings: Set your air pressure to 35 psi at the gun's inlet. Adjust the fluid and fan controls to achieve your desired spray pattern and material flow. Test the pattern on a practice surface.
- Begin Spraying: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance. Maintain an even, back-and-forth motion, overlapping each pass to ensure uniform coverage.
- Clean After Use: Immediately after finishing, disconnect the air supply and empty any remaining material from the cup. Disassemble and thoroughly clean the cup, fluid tip, needle, and aircap with an appropriate cleaning solution.
