HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Unit: Select a location as close as possible to your point of use (e.g., spray gun) and mount the unit securely to a wall or stand using the provided mounting bracket. Ensure it is installed in an upright position.
- Connect Air Lines: Connect the compressed air supply line to the "IN" port of the system. Then, connect your tool or spray gun's air hose to the "OUT" port. The inlet and outlet ports are clearly marked on the unit.
- Check Pressure and Temperature: Verify that your compressed air supply pressure and temperature do not exceed the maximum ratings of the system.
- Operate: The system operates automatically once compressed air flows through it. The overnight drain feature will release accumulated liquids from the filter and coalescer stages when the air pressure is shut off.
- Routine Maintenance: While the membrane is maintenance-free, periodically check the filter elements to ensure they are not clogged. Replace them as needed to maintain optimal performance.
