HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Cup: Ensure the pressure cup and its components are clean. Loosen the lid and fill the cup with your desired material, being careful not to overfill. Securely tighten the lid.
- Connect Hoses: Attach your air hose to the 1/4-inch NPS (M) air inlet connection on the lid and your fluid hose to the 3/8-inch NPS (M) fluid connection. Connect the other ends of the hoses to your pressure-fed spray gun.
- Adjust Pressure: Slowly introduce air pressure to the cup. Use the built-in regulator to adjust the fluid pressure to your desired setting, up to a maximum of 50 psi. Start with a lower pressure and increase as needed for optimal material flow.
- Test and Spray: Perform a test spray on a scrap piece of material to check for proper atomization and coverage. Once you are satisfied with the settings, you can begin your project.
- Depressurize and Clean: After use, turn off the air supply to the cup and depressurize it by releasing any remaining air. Carefully disconnect the hoses and clean the cup and lid thoroughly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
