HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and properly prepared according to the material manufacturer's instructions.
- Mix the Material: Mix your primer or high-viscosity material to the correct consistency as specified by the manufacturer. Pour the prepared material into the provided 600cc aluminum cup.
- Adjust Air Pressure: Connect the spray gun to a compatible air compressor and set the air pressure at the regulator to 29 psi.
- Practice Spraying: Test the spray pattern on a scrap piece of cardboard. Adjust the fan pattern and fluid control knobs as needed to achieve a smooth, consistent application.
- Apply the Coating: Hold the gun at a consistent distance from the surface and apply the material using smooth, even passes. Overlap each pass by 50% to ensure uniform coverage.
- Clean the Gun: Immediately after use, disconnect the gun from the air supply. Empty any remaining material and clean the gun thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning solvent. Disassemble the air cap and nozzle to clean all fluid passages.
