HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Unit: Securely mount the Sharpe 880A to a wall or workbench using a suitable bracket or mounting hardware. Ensure it is positioned upright to allow for proper drainage of collected contaminants.
- Connect the Air Inlet: Connect your main compressed air line to the 1/2" NPT (f) inlet on the unit. Use a sealant like Teflon tape to ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
- Connect the Air Outlet(s): Connect your air tools or hose lines to the regulated 3/8" NPT (f) outlet for controlled pressure, or to the 1/4" NPT (f) outlet for unfiltered main line air.
- Set the Pressure: Using the built-in regulator knob, turn it to adjust the desired air pressure, monitoring the reading on the 160 lb inverted gauge.
- Drain Condensate: Periodically drain the accumulated water and oil from the bowl by opening the air cock at the bottom of the unit. This maintains the unit's filtration efficiency.
