HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Before installation, ensure the air supply to the line is completely shut off and the line is depressurized.
- Mounting: Securely mount the filter in a vertical position with the drain valve at the bottom. Position it close to the point of use but far enough from the compressor to allow air to cool and water to condense.
- Connection: Connect the air supply line to the 1/2" FPT inlet. Use appropriate fittings and thread sealant. Connect your air tool or line to one of the outlet ports.
- Operation: Once installed, slowly turn on the air supply. The filter will begin to trap contaminants.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the filter bowl for accumulated water and contaminants. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the unit to release the trapped liquids. To clean the filter element, unscrew the bowl, remove the element, clean it with solvent, and replace it.
