Its 2 1/16 inch size fits easily into common gauge mounting locations, with a required hole size of 2.062 inches (52mm). The included power and tachometer harnesses ensure simplified wiring, while the gauge mounting ring offers secure and hassle-free installation. HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2 1/16 inch (52mm) diameter opening and secure the tachometer using the mounting ring.
- Connect the Power Harness: Attach the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a 12V switched power source, ground, and optionally to the lighting circuit.
- Connect the Tachometer Signal Harness: Connect the 8 ft Tachometer Harness to the tach signal output (usually the negative side of the ignition coil or designated tach output).
- Verify Connections: Ensure all wiring is secure and matches the vehicle’s wiring diagram.
- Test the Gauge: Start the engine to verify the tachometer indicates RPM and that the illumination works properly.
