HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location in your vehicle and create a 2.05-inch diameter hole. Insert the gauge into the hole and secure it using the provided mounting hardware.
- Install the Temperature Sensor: Locate a suitable port in your engine's coolant system (such as the thermostat housing or a coolant line) and install the included Speedhut temperature sensor. Ensure a proper seal to prevent leaks.
- Connect the Sensor Wiring: Connect the 2-wire cable from the temperature sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the appropriate power and ground sources in your vehicle's electrical system. Refer to the wiring diagram for correct connections.
- Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and allow it to reach operating temperature. Observe the gauge to ensure accurate readings and verify the warning light functions properly at high temperatures.
