HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location in your vehicle and drill a 2.062-inch (52mm) hole. Insert the gauge into the mounting hole and secure it.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Attach the 3 ft power and lighting harness to the appropriate terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the power wire to a switched 12V source, the ground wire to a suitable ground, and the lighting wire to your vehicle's lighting circuit if desired.
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Locate a suitable port on your engine's intake manifold or boost line. Install the included 30 psi pressure sensor at this location. Ensure the sensor is properly sealed.
- Connect the Pressure Sensor Wiring Harness: Connect the 3-wire cable from the gauge to the corresponding terminals on the pressure sensor.
- Program the Warning Light (if applicable): Refer to the gauge's specific instructions for setting the desired vacuum and/or boost levels at which the warning light should activate. This typically involves using buttons or a specific sequence of actions on the gauge itself.
- Verify Operation: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings. Ensure the vacuum and boost readings are within expected ranges. Check if the warning light functions correctly when the set thresholds are reached.
