HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2 1/16 inch (52mm) mounting location in your vehicle's dashboard or instrument panel. Secure the gauge using the provided mounting spin ring.
- Install the Temperature Sensor: Identify a suitable port on your vehicle's differential to install the included Speedhut temperature sensor. Ensure the sensor is properly threaded and sealed.
- Connect the Sensor Wiring: Connect the 2-wire cable from the temperature sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge, following the wiring diagram provided.
- Connect Power and Lighting: Attach the 3 ft power and lighting harness to the gauge. Connect the power wire to a suitable 12V power source in your vehicle (typically an ignition-switched source). Connect the ground wire to a reliable ground point. The lighting wires can be connected to your vehicle's lighting system if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your other instruments.
- Test the Gauge: Once all connections are made, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The gauge should power on and display the current differential temperature (or ambient temperature if the vehicle hasn't been running).
