HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Secure the 2-1/16" gauge in a suitable location using a gauge pod or mounting bracket (not included). Ensure the 2.062" diameter hole is appropriate.
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Mount the included 30 psi pressure sensor in a location that can accurately read intake manifold pressure.
- Connect the Hose: Using the provided Boost/Vac Hose Kit, connect the pressure sensor to a reliable vacuum/boost source on your engine's intake manifold.
- Wire the Sensor: Connect the 3-wire cable from the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness to the terminals on the 3-Wire Military Grade Transducer.
- Connect Power and Lighting: Use the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to connect the gauge to a suitable 12V power source and ground. This harness will also power the gauge's illumination.
- Verify Readings: Once all connections are secure, start your engine and observe the gauge readings to ensure proper function. Vacuum should be present at idle, and boost should register under acceleration (for turbocharged/supercharged vehicles).
