HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery terminal to ensure safety during installation.
- Mounting: Install the gauge in a 2-1/16 inch (52mm) hole in the dashboard using the appropriate mounting hardware.
- Wiring: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a 12V power source, ground, and optional lighting circuit. Attach the 2-wire harness to the fuel sender and ground, following the product’s wiring diagram.
- Programming:
- Press and hold the included programming button.
- Turn the ignition to the accessory or on position while holding the button to enter programming mode.
- Follow on-screen instructions or manual prompts to configure the gauge for your fuel sender’s resistance range.
- Perform manual calibration by simulating empty and full tank readings if necessary.
- Save and exit the programming mode upon completion.
- Testing: Turn on the ignition and verify the gauge responds accurately to changes in fuel level.
