HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2-1/16 inch (52mm) opening in your vehicle's dashboard or instrument panel. Secure the gauge using the provided mounting hardware.
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Identify the appropriate port on your engine's oil system for the pressure sensor. Thread the included 100 PSI pressure sensor into this port.
- Connect the Wiring Harness (Sensor): Attach one end of the 3-wire pressure gauge wiring harness to the terminals on the pressure sensor.
- Connect the Wiring Harness (Power & Lighting): Connect the 3 ft power & lighting harness to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge.
- Connect to Power and Ground: Connect the power wire from the power & lighting harness to a 12V power source in your vehicle (typically an ignition-switched source). Connect the ground wire to a suitable ground point on the vehicle's chassis.
- Connect Sensor Signal: Connect the remaining wire from the pressure gauge wiring harness to the corresponding signal wire on the power & lighting harness.
- Test the Gauge: Once all connections are secure, start your vehicle and observe the oil pressure reading on the gauge to ensure it is functioning correctly.
