HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Securely install the 2-5/8 inch gauge in your desired location using a compatible gauge pod or mounting solution, ensuring the 2.68" (68mm) hole size is appropriate.
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Mount the included high-pressure sensor (5000psi) into the nitrous system's plumbing using the provided adapter (1/8 inch NPT Male to 3/8-24 ORB Female). Ensure a tight and leak-free connection.
- Connect the Wiring Harness: Attach the 3-wire pressure gauge wiring harness to the terminals on the pressure sensor.
- Connect Power and Lighting: Use the 3 ft power & lighting harness to connect the gauge to a suitable power source in your vehicle. This harness also powers the LED illumination of the gauge.
- Connect Sensor Signal: Connect the other end of the pressure gauge wiring harness to the corresponding terminals on the back of the Speedhut gauge.
- Test the System: Once all connections are made, carefully start your vehicle and activate the nitrous system. Observe the gauge to ensure it is providing accurate pressure readings. Verify that the warning light functions as expected when pressure deviates significantly.
