HOW TO USE:
- Prepare the Mounting Location: Identify a suitable location on your dashboard or instrument panel with a 2.67 inch (68mm) diameter opening.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Attach the 3 ft harness to the terminals on the back of the tachometer. Connect the power wire to a 12V switched source, the ground to chassis ground, and lighting wire to the vehicle's lighting circuit if desired.
- Connect the Tachometer Signal Harness: Connect the 8 ft harness to the signal terminal on the back of the tachometer. Attach the other end to the ignition coil’s negative terminal or the designated tach output wire.
- Mount the Tachometer: Insert the unit into the mounting hole and secure it using the included spin-lock mounting ring.
- Test the Connections: Turn on the ignition to power the tachometer. Start the engine and verify accurate RPM readings and proper shift light functionality.
