HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2.67-inch (68mm) diameter opening on your dashboard or in a gauge pod. Insert the Speedhut dual gauge into the opening and secure it using the included mounting ring.
- Connect the Pressure Sensor: Install the provided 100 psi pressure sensor to an appropriate port on your engine where oil pressure can be measured. Connect the 3-wire pressure gauge wiring harness to the sensor, ensuring correct wire connections as per the gauge's wiring diagram (refer to the manufacturer's instructions if available).
- Connect the Temperature Sensor: Install the Speedhut temperature sensor into a suitable port on your engine where water temperature can be accurately measured (typically the coolant passage). Connect the 2-wire temperature gauge wiring harness to the sensor.
- Connect Power and Lighting: Connect the 3 ft power & lighting harness to a suitable 12V power source in your vehicle. This harness will provide power for the gauge's operation and illumination. Ensure proper grounding of the gauge as per the wiring diagram.
- Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct.
- Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings for both water temperature and oil pressure. Confirm that the readings are within the expected ranges. The warning light should illuminate if either reading goes outside the specified ranges (120-260°F for temperature, 0-100 psi for pressure).
