HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or instrument panel and drill a 3.95-inch (100mm) diameter hole. Secure the tachometer using the included mounting ring.
- Connect the Power Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source in your vehicle (typically 12V), ensuring proper polarity (positive and ground). This harness also powers the LED illumination.
- Connect the Tachometer Signal Harness: Connect the 8 ft Tachometer Harness to the tachometer signal wire from your engine's ignition system (usually from the negative side of the ignition coil or a designated tach output from the ECU).
- Connect the LED Lighting: Ensure the 1 Wire 2 Pin Connector of the Tachometer Harness is properly connected to the gauge for the LED backlighting to function.
- Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct.
- Test the Gauge: Start your engine and observe the tachometer's reading to confirm it is functioning correctly and displaying the engine's RPM.
