HOW TO USE:

1. Determine Placement: For new plants, position the stakes outside the root ball in a triangular pattern. For existing plants, place them just inside the dripline or canopy. It is recommended to use 3 or more stakes per tree, spaced every 4-5 feet around the canopy. Larger trees may require more stakes.
2. Drive Stake into Ground: Using a 3-5 lb. sledgehammer, carefully hammer the top cap of the stake into the ground until the desired depth is reached. The cap is designed to withstand hammering without cracking.
3. Connect Water Source:
   • For Garden Hose/Flood Irrigation: Insert the hose into the top of the stake, allowing water to flow slowly down to the roots.
   • For Automatic Drip System: Securely insert a 1/4" drip line/emitter into the custom slotted cap on top of the stake.
4. Watering Duration: Adjust watering time based on your tree's needs, soil type, and climate. The Deep Drip system ensures efficient water delivery to the root zone.
5. Repositioning (Optional): If needed, insert a screwdriver or rod into the two holes at the top of the shaft to easily remove, reposition, or rotate the stake.
