HOW TO USE:
- Attach to Hose: Securely screw the 1" FHT inlet of the nozzle onto a compatible 1" garden hose. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. If using a 3/4" hose, an appropriate adapter (sold separately) will be required.
- Connect to Water Source: Connect your hose to a water source with sufficient pressure (ideally 70+ PSI for optimal performance).
- Adjust Flow (On/Off): The nozzle features a push-pull on/off control handle integrated with a sturdy ball valve. Push the handle to turn the water flow on, and pull it to turn the water flow off.
- Select Initial Flow/Pattern: Begin by pushing the handle to activate water flow. Initially, the nozzle will deliver a lower volume (12-17 GPM) allowing for light fog or a low-volume jet stream.
- Activate "Turbo Shift": To increase the water volume and access high-volume jet stream or fan patterns, manipulate the nozzle's head or control as designed by Underhill (typically a twist or push/pull action on the nozzle head itself) to engage the "turbo shift" feature, increasing flow to 20-43 GPM.
- Adjust Spray Pattern: While water is flowing, rotate or adjust the nozzle head to select the desired spray pattern: Fog, Jet Stream, or Fan, as needed for your specific task.
- Operate: Direct the water as required for syringing, watering, conditioning, or cleaning applications.
- Turn Off: When finished, pull the control handle to turn the water flow off.
