HOW TO USE:

- Mounting: Securely clamp the heater along its entire length to the prepared surface using the slotted mounting holes. The terminal end should be fixed firmly. The opposite end should be allowed slight movement to accommodate thermal expansion during operation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the two offset bolt-type terminals to your 120V power source. If the voltage to ground exceeds 300V, ensure secondary insulators are used.
- Temperature Control (Optional): For precise temperature regulation, integrate a Caloritech™ CPA or CPB control panel, a mechanical thermostat, or a bi-metal thermostat (purchased separately) to the system.
- Operation: Once connections are secure and mounting is complete, apply power to the heater to begin the heating process. Monitor initial operation to ensure proper function.
