Flame-Resistant Vests

Arc Flash Cooling Vests for Heat Stress Relief

Arc flash cooling vests help regulate body heat for anyone spending hours under a full arc-rated suit near electrical equipment. Each vest holds gel cooling packs, chilled in a refrigerator or ice water beforehand, that pull heat from the body for about two hours on the job. Worn under flame-resistant shirts, the vest sits close to the body where cooling matters most.

Building a complete outfit around this vest is simple. On chillier days, flame-resistant hoodies layer on top for extra warmth without blocking the cooling packs underneath. Round things out with flame-resistant pants to match the same level of arc protection from top to bottom. Order at JB Tools with fast shipping and free shipping on purchases over $99!
