HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure the pressure pot and air compressor are properly set up and maintained. Connect the fluid hose from the pressure pot to the fluid inlet on the spray gun. Connect the air hose from the air compressor to the air inlet on the spray gun.
- Fluid Loading: Fill the pressure pot with the desired coating material, ensuring it is properly mixed and strained according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Seal the pressure pot securely.
- Pressure Adjustment: Adjust the air pressure regulator on the compressor and the fluid pressure regulator on the pressure pot to the recommended settings for your specific coating material and desired spray pattern. Start with lower pressures and gradually increase as needed.
- Spray Pattern Test: Before spraying your workpiece, perform a test spray on a piece of scrap material or masking paper. Adjust the fluid needle and fan pattern controls on the gun to achieve a consistent and even spray pattern.
