HOW TO USE:
- Assembly: Refer to the included manual for detailed assembly instructions. Secure the machine to a sturdy workbench and connect it to the appropriate power outlet.
- Workpiece Setup: Mount your workpiece securely to the table using clamps or vises. Ensure proper clearance between the tool and the workpiece.
- Selecting Speed and Tooling: Choose the appropriate spindle speed based on the material and size of the drill bit or milling cutter. Install the desired tooling into the R-8 spindle taper and tighten the drawbar securely.
- Drilling: Lower the quill using the handwheel or power feed (if equipped) and engage the drill press function. Apply light pressure to the quill while feeding the bit into the workpiece to create a clean hole.
- Milling: Move the table along the X and Y axes using the handwheels or power feeds (if equipped) to position the cutter relative to the workpiece. Engage the milling function and start the spindle. Make multiple passes with precise depth adjustments to achieve the desired profile.
