HOW TO USE
- Set Up the Workpiece: Securely clamp the workpiece to the machine table using appropriate clamps and fixtures.
- Select the Desired Spindle Speed: Adjust the variable speed control to match the material and cutting tool being used.
- Zero the DRO: Set the digital readouts to zero at the starting position of the workpiece.

- Start the Milling Operation: Engage the spindle and begin the cutting process, monitoring the machine and workpiece for any issues.
- Coolant Application: Apply coolant to the cutting tool as necessary to prevent overheating and improve tool life.
- Complete the Machining Process: Continue the milling operation until the desired dimensions and surface finish are achieved.
- Turn Off the Machine: Stop the spindle and power feeds, and safely remove the workpiece.
