HOW TO USE:
- Assembly: Follow the included instructions to assemble the bandsaw. Ensure the bandsaw is on a level and stable surface.
- Blade Installation: Choose the appropriate blade for your cutting task. Loosen the blade tension knob and remove the existing blade (if present). Install the new blade, ensuring the teeth point downwards. Tighten the tension knob until the blade has a slight ping when plucked.
- Adjustments: Set the upper and lower blade guides to slightly touch the sides of the blade. Adjust the table tilt for bevel cuts (if needed).
- Material Setup: Secure your workpiece to the table using clamps.
- Power On and Cutting: Turn on the bandsaw and allow the blade to reach full speed. Guide your material steadily against the fence for straight cuts. For curves, pivot your workpiece while maintaining control.
- Blade Changes and Maintenance: When the blade becomes dull or needs replacing, loosen the tension and remove the blade. Clean the bandsaw regularly and maintain proper blade tension for optimal performance.
