HOW TO USE:
Assembly: Following the included manual, assemble the lathe and legs securely. Ensure the lathe is positioned on a level and stable surface.
Wood Selection: Choose appropriately dried wood for your project, ensuring it's free of cracks or knots.
Mounting the Wood: Secure your wood blank to the lathe's headstock and tailstock using a center live center and cup center (not included).
Tool Selection: Select the appropriate woodturning tools based on your project requirements. Common tools include chisels, gouges, and scrapers.
Speed Adjustment: Set the desired lathe speed based on the project and wood type. Start slow for roughing cuts and gradually increase for finer details.
Turning: While the lathe is spinning, use your tools to shape the wood blank according to your design. Maintain proper form and technique for safety.
Sanding: Once the turning is complete, use sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish.
