HOW TO USE:
- Set up the sander: Assemble the stand and attach it to the sander base. Ensure the sander is placed on a stable, flat surface.
- Adjust conveyor bed parallelism: Use the parallelism dial to set the desired angle for your workpiece.
- Install the drum and abrasive: Remove the drum cover, install the desired abrasive using the tool-less clips, and reattach the cover.
- Connect dust collection: Attach the 4" dust collection hose to the sander's dust port.
- Turn on the sander: Plug the sander into a power outlet and turn on the power switch.
- Adjust conveyor speed: Use the variable speed control to set the desired feed rate based on the material and thickness of your workpiece.
- Feed the workpiece: Gently feed the workpiece into the sander, allowing the drum to sand the material evenly.
- Monitor sanding process: Observe the sanding process and adjust feed rate or abrasive as needed.
- Turn off the sander: Once finished, turn off the power switch and unplug the sander.
- Clean the sander: Remove any sawdust or debris from the sander and its components.
