    • Opening the Blade: Hold the knife firmly with your dominant hand. Place your index finger on the flipper tab located on the spine of the closed blade. Apply a quick, controlled push downwards on the flipper while simultaneously flicking your wrist slightly. The KVT ball-bearing system will allow the blade to smoothly pivot open until it locks into place.
    • Gripping the Knife: Once open, adjust your grip on the G10 handle. The crowned finish and glass-filled nylon backspacer with jimping are designed for comfort and secure handling during cutting operations.
    • Cutting Tasks: Use the modified drop point blade for various cutting needs, such as opening packages, slicing materials, or preparing food. Always cut away from your body and maintain awareness of the blade's position.
    • Closing the Blade: With a firm grip on the handle, locate the liner lock inside the handle, near the base of the blade. Press the liner lock to the side with your thumb or index finger to disengage it from the blade's tang. Once disengaged, carefully fold the blade back into the handle using your other hand or by gently rocking the knife. Ensure your fingers are clear of the blade's path.
    • Carrying the Knife: Utilize the single-position recessed pocketclip (right, tip-up) to securely carry the knife in your pocket for convenient access.
