HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Before installation, ensure the power supply to the intended location is off at the circuit breaker. Confirm that the mounting surface (wall or floor) is stable and can support the heater's weight.
- Mounting: Using the supplied dual-purpose brackets, securely mount the heater in a vertical position. Ensure adequate clearance around the heater for proper air circulation as specified in the installation manual. Attach the wire guards as per instructions.
- Wiring: The heater requires hardwiring. Route appropriate electrical conduit into the x-Max® terminal housing. Connect the heater's electrical wires to the power supply according to the wiring diagram provided in the product manual and local electrical codes. All wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician.
- Power On: Once wiring is complete and inspected, restore power to the circuit.
- Thermostat Setting: Locate the externally adjustable thermostat. Turn the thermostat dial to the desired temperature setting. The heater will activate to reach and maintain this temperature.
- Monitoring: Periodically check the heater's operation to ensure it is functioning correctly and maintaining the desired temperature. Refer to the user manual for any troubleshooting or maintenance instructions.
