- Using the provided mounting hardware (typically lug nut extensions and washers), thread the extensions onto the existing lug studs.
- Secure the front simulator by tightening the provided nuts onto the lug nut extensions using the installation tool. Do not overtighten.
- Repeat this process for the other front wheel.
- Install the pop-out center caps on the front simulators.
- Rear Simulator Installation:
- Position one of the rear wheel simulators over the lug nuts of an outer rear wheel.
- Align the simulator with the wheel studs.
- Install the provided mounting hardware onto the lug studs.
- Secure the rear simulator by tightening the nuts onto the mounting hardware using the installation tool. Ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
- Repeat this process for the other rear wheel.
- Valve Extension Installation:
- Locate the AML2 Air Max braided stainless valve extensions.
- For each rear wheel, thread one end of a valve extension onto the valve stem of the inner tire.
- Guide the other end of the valve extension through one of the designated holes in the rear wheel simulator.
- Secure the outer end of the valve extension using the provided jam nut to the wheel simulator.
- Repeat this process for the other rear wheel.
- Final Check: After installing all four simulators and valve extensions, double-check that all mounting hardware is securely fastened. Ensure the simulators are sitting flush against the wheels. Refer to the instruction sheet for any specific torque recommendations.
