HOW TO USE:
- Position the Rack: Determine the desired mounting location on the side rail of your open utility trailer. Ensure there is adequate clearance for the trimmers.
- Mark Drilling Points: Using the rack as a template, mark the locations for the mounting holes on the trailer's side rail.
- Drill Mounting Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for the mounting hardware you will be using (not included).
- Attach the Rack: Align the mounting holes on the rack with the drilled holes on the trailer. Secure the rack to the trailer using appropriate bolts, washers, and lock nuts (not included). Ensure the rack is firmly attached and stable.
- Load Trimmers: Open the individual clasps and place the trimmer onto the padded hooks and support bars. Close the clasp to secure the trimmer in place. Repeat for the remaining trimmers.
- Secure with Locking Plate: Once all trimmers are loaded, slide the security plate into position to cover all the clasps.
- Lock the Rack (Optional): Insert a padlock (not included) through the designated holes in the security plate to lock the trimmers for added security.
- Unload Trimmers: To remove a trimmer, unlock the security plate (if locked), slide it open, and then open the individual clasp for the desired trimmer. Carefully lift the trimmer from the rack.
