HOW TO USE:
- Preparation: Ensure the spray gun and fluid tip are clean. Connect the air hose to the 1/4" air inlet and the fluid hose to the 3/8" fluid inlet. Verify that the pressure feed system is properly set up.
- Adjusting Air Pressure: Set the air inlet pressure to the recommended 43 psi for optimal atomization and spray pattern.
- Applying Coating: Hold the gun perpendicular to the surface at a consistent distance. Pull the trigger and move the gun in smooth, even passes, overlapping each pass by 50% for uniform coverage.
- Cleaning: Disconnect air and fluid lines. Disassemble the gun and clean all components, including the fluid tip, air cap, and body, using the appropriate solvent for the coating used.
