HOW TO USE:
- Connect Air Supply: Ensure your air compressor is set to 90 PSI. Connect a 3/4 inch minimum internal diameter air hose to the 1/2 inch NPT air inlet of the impact wrench.
- Select Socket: Choose the appropriate 1-inch drive impact socket for the fastener you are working with. Securely attach the socket to the 8-inch extended anvil.
- Adjust Direction: Use the separate switch to select the desired rotation direction (forward for tightening, reverse for loosening).
- Set Speed/Power: Utilize the four-position setting dial to select the appropriate speed/power level for the task. Begin with a lower setting and increase if more torque is needed.
- Position Tool: Place the socket firmly onto the bolt or nut. Use the D-handle and side handle to maintain a secure and balanced grip.
- Activate Tool: Depress the internal trigger to activate the impact mechanism. Apply steady pressure and allow the tool to work, avoiding excessive force.
- Monitor Progress: Listen and feel for the impact wrench to cease impacting or for the fastener to reach the desired state (tight or loose). Release the trigger when done.
- Disconnect: Once finished, release the trigger, and disconnect the air hose from the impact wrench.
