HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Install the 2-1/16" gauge in your desired location using a compatible gauge pod or mounting solution. Ensure the 52mm hole size is appropriate.
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Mount the included 30 PSI pressure sensor in a suitable location in your vehicle's fuel system where it can accurately read fuel pressure.
- Connect the Wiring Harness (Power & Lighting): Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source in your vehicle, ensuring proper grounding. This harness will also power the gauge's lighting.
- Connect the Wiring Harness (Signal): Connect the included Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) between the 3-wire terminals on the pressure sensor and the corresponding terminals on the back of the fuel pressure gauge.
- Set the Warning Threshold (if applicable): Follow the manufacturer's instructions to set the desired low or high fuel pressure warning threshold.
- Verify Operation: Start your vehicle and check that the gauge is displaying the correct fuel pressure. Test the warning light function by observing if it activates when the fuel pressure goes outside the set parameters (you may need to simulate this for testing).
