HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2 1/16 inch (52mm) diameter hole in your vehicle's dashboard or instrument panel. Securely mount the Speedhut water temperature gauge in this opening.
- Install the Temperature Sensor: Identify a suitable location on your engine's coolant system to install the provided Speedhut temperature sensor. Ensure the sensor is properly threaded and sealed to prevent leaks.
- Connect the Sensor Wiring: Attach one end of the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to the terminals on the Speedhut temperature sensor. Connect the other end of this harness to the corresponding terminals on the back of the water temperature gauge.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated power and ground terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the other end to a suitable 12V power source in your vehicle and a ground point. This harness also provides power for the gauge's LED illumination.
- Verify Functionality: Once all connections are made, start your vehicle and allow it to reach operating temperature. Observe the gauge to ensure it is displaying accurate coolant temperature readings within the 50-125°C range.
