HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2.062" (52mm) opening in your vehicle. Insert the gauge and secure it using the spin-lock ring.
- Connect the Power Harness: Attach the 3 ft power and lighting harness to the gauge. Connect the power wire (typically red) to a switched 12V power source and the ground wire (typically black) to a reliable ground. Connect the lighting wire (if applicable) to your vehicle's lighting circuit.
- Connect the Signal Harness: Connect the 8 ft tachometer harness to the designated signal input on the back of the gauge.
- Connect to the Wideband Controller: Connect the other end of the signal harness to the output signal of your Ballenger AFR500 or NGK AFX wideband controller. Ensure proper wiring according to the controller's instructions. The 0V to 5V output from the controller corresponds to the 9-16 AFR range on the gauge.
- Verify Functionality: Once all connections are secure, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The gauge should power up and display the air/fuel ratio reading from the wideband controller.
