HOW TO USE:

- Mounting: Install the gauge in a 2.05-inch (52mm) diameter opening in your dashboard or gauge pod, securing it with the provided mounting hardware.
- Wiring - Power and Lighting: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable 12V power source (ignition switched is recommended), ground, and the vehicle's lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to dim with your headlights.
- Wiring - Fuel Level Sensor: Connect the 2-Wire Cable to the output signal wire from your fuel level sending unit and to a reliable ground point. Refer to your vehicle's wiring diagram or the fuel sender's instructions for the correct wire.
- Calibration - Preset Mode (Optional): If your fuel level sender matches one of the built-in preset ohm ranges, follow the gauge's specific instructions (usually involving pressing and holding a button during power-up) to select the appropriate preset.
- Calibration - Manual Mode (If Needed): If your sender is not a standard preset, you will need to perform manual calibration. This typically involves emptying the fuel tank as much as safely possible and setting the "Empty" point on the gauge according to the instructions. Then, fill the tank completely and set the "Full" point. The gauge will learn the resistance range of your sender.
- Warning Light Setup (Optional): Some gauges allow you to set the threshold at which the low fuel warning light illuminates. Follow the gauge's instructions to configure this setting to your desired fuel level.
- Final Steps: Once all connections and calibrations are complete, reconnect the vehicle's negative battery terminal and test the gauge by turning on the ignition and observing the fuel level reading as the fuel level changes.
