HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2.67" (68mm) diameter opening in your dashboard or instrument panel and securely mount the Speedhut oil pressure gauge.
- Install the Pressure Sensor: Identify the appropriate port on your engine's oil system (typically where the factory oil pressure sensor is located or an auxiliary port). Install the included 100 PSI pressure sensor, ensuring it is properly sealed.
- Connect the Sensor Wiring: Using the provided Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable), connect the three wires to the corresponding terminals on the pressure sensor and the back of the gauge. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with the product for correct connections.
- Connect Power and Lighting: Using the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness, connect the power wire (typically red) to a switched 12V power source in your vehicle. Connect the ground wire (typically black) to a suitable ground point. If your gauge has backlighting features, connect the lighting wire (often orange or blue) to your vehicle's lighting circuit or a dimmer switch.
