HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2.67-inch (68mm) diameter hole in your desired mounting location (e.g., gauge pod, dashboard). Secure the Speedhut temperature gauge in this opening.
- Install the Temperature Sensor: Identify a suitable threaded port on your vehicle's differential housing. Install the Speedhut temperature sensor into this port, ensuring a secure and sealed connection.
- Connect the Sensor Wiring: Connect the 2-wire cable from the temperature sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the temperature gauge.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft power and lighting harness to the appropriate power (typically 12V switched ignition) and ground sources in your vehicle. Refer to your vehicle's wiring diagram for correct connections.
- Test the Gauge: Once all connections are made, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The gauge should power up and display the current differential temperature. Allow the vehicle to run to observe temperature changes.
