HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 3.28-inch (83mm) diameter hole on your dashboard. Carefully insert the Speedhut dual gauge into this opening, ensuring a secure fit.
- Connect the Pressure Sensor: Install the included 100 PSI pressure sensor to the appropriate port on your engine, typically where an existing oil pressure sending unit is located.
- Wire the Pressure Sensor: Connect the 3-wire pressure gauge wiring harness between the newly installed pressure sensor and the corresponding connections on the back of the Speedhut gauge.
- Connect the Fuel Level Wiring: Attach the 2-wire cable wiring harness to the fuel level sending unit in your fuel tank and connect the other end to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge.
- Connect Power and Lighting: Use the 3 ft power & lighting harness to connect the gauge to a suitable power source in your vehicle (typically a 12V ignition-switched source) and to your vehicle's lighting system if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your other instruments.
- Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correctly matched according to the gauge's wiring diagram (refer to the manufacturer's instructions if available).
- Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings. The oil pressure should display the current engine oil pressure, and the fuel level should indicate the amount of fuel in the tank. Confirm that the warning light functions as expected (it may illuminate briefly upon startup).
