HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 3.33-inch (85mm) diameter opening in your vehicle's dashboard. Secure the gauge in place using the provided mounting hardware.
- Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable): Attach one end of the 2-wire cable to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the other end to the appropriate power and ground sources in your vehicle's electrical system, following the wiring diagram provided or consult a professional.
- Connect the Power & Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft power & lighting harness to the designated terminals on the gauge and the vehicle’s power and lighting circuits.
- Connect the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness: Attach one end of the 2-wire temperature gauge wiring harness to the designated terminals on the gauge.
- Install the Temperature Sensor: Locate a suitable port in your engine's cooling system (e.g., thermostat housing or coolant passage) to install the Speedhut Temperature Sensor securely for accurate readings.
- Connect the Temperature Sensor Wiring: Connect the other end of the temperature gauge wiring harness to the terminals on the Speedhut Temperature Sensor.
- Connect the Fuel Level Sender Wiring: Connect the wires from your vehicle's fuel level sender to the designated terminals on the gauge, following the gauge's wiring instructions for proper signal and ground connections.
- Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and check both water temperature and fuel level readings. Confirm the warning light operates correctly. Fuel level calibration may be required depending on your vehicle’s sender.
