HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 4.20 inch (107mm) diameter opening on your dashboard. Insert the Speedhut Quad Gauge into the opening and secure it using the included gauge mounting ring from the back.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source (typically ignition-switched 12V) and ground in your vehicle. This harness also provides power for the gauge's internal lighting.
- Connect the Pressure Sensor: Install the included 100 PSI pressure sensor at the appropriate port on your engine's oil system. Connect the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) between the pressure sensor and the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
- Connect the Temperature Sensor: Install the included Speedhut temperature sensor at the designated location for measuring engine oil temperature. Connect the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) between the temperature sensor and the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
- Connect the Fuel Level Sensor: Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to your existing fuel level sensor. Ensure your fuel level sensor has an output of 300 ohms or less. Connect the other end of the harness to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge.
- Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct according to the wiring diagrams provided with the gauge.
- Test the Gauge: Turn on your vehicle's ignition to power the gauge and observe if all readings are displaying correctly. Verify the warning light functionality as needed.
