HOW TO USE:
- For RapidRH™ 5.0 Smart Sensor Value Pack:
- Prepare the Test Location: Clean the concrete surface and drill test holes according to ASTM F2170 standards.
- Insert the Sleeve Extension: Place a sleeve extension into the drilled test hole.
- Insert the Smart Sensor: Remove a Rapid RH® 5.0 Smart Sensor from its protective packaging.
- Place the Sensor in the Sleeve: Insert the smart sensor into the sleeve extension, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Cover the Hole: Place a protective cap with a rubber plug and butyl gasket over the sleeve to seal the hole.
- Allow Equilibration: Wait the recommended equilibration time as specified by ASTM F2170.
- Take Readings: Use the Rapid RH Total Reader to take readings from the smart sensor.
- Record Data: Record the measurements manually or use the DataMaster™ L6 app.
- Post-Testing: After testing, the sensors are typically disposed of.
- For RapidRH® 5.0 Reusable Smart Sensor Kit:
- Prepare the Test Location: Clean the concrete surface and drill test holes according to ASTM F2170 standards.
