HOW TO USE:
- Concrete Moisture Testing (using Rapid RH® 5.0):
- Drill holes into the concrete slab according to ASTM F2170 standards.
- Insert the finned bases into the drilled holes.
- Place a Rapid RH 5.0 reusable smart sensor into a sleeve extension.
- Insert the sensor and sleeve extension into a finned base.
- Allow the sensor to equilibrate within the concrete.
- Use the Easy Reader or Bluetooth Smart Reader to take moisture readings.
- Utilize the EasyCare CalCheck to verify sensor accuracy before and after testing.
- Record and manage data using the DataMaster™ 5.0 app (optional).
- Wood Moisture Testing (using Orion® 950):
- Select the desired measurement depth on the Orion 950.
- Place the sensor pad of the Orion 950 firmly on the surface of the wood.
- Read the moisture content displayed on the meter.
- Use the integrated temperature and relative humidity sensors for additional readings.
- Connect to the FloorSmart™ or Woodshop MC app via Bluetooth to store and analyze data.
- Ambient Condition Monitoring (using Smart Logger™):
- Place the Smart Logger in the area where ambient conditions need to be monitored.
- Connect the Smart Logger to the Smart Logger app via Bluetooth.
- Configure the recording settings and start logging.
- Monitor and download the recorded temperature and humidity data through the app.
- Concrete Slab Temperature Measurement (using Infrared Thermometer):
- Point the infrared thermometer at the surface of the concrete slab.
- Read the temperature displayed on the thermometer.
